ESTATE TOUR
Architecture
Casa de Casas was the culmination of a visual experience designed by the owner and realized by esteemed Architect, and MIT graduate, Marta Lozano. The estate required two years to design and close to two years to build.
The exterior finishes of Casa de Casas incorporate incredible detail with the variety of handcrafted stonework, custom wood doors and windows, pergolas, beautiful landscaping, and incredible architectural details. The wrap around external pathways provides staff with a seamless method of servicing guest requirements while preserving guest privacy. The graciousness of the front foyer, expansive continuity of the ocean view from the front entrance, extensive stone masonry and marble finishes, comprehensive stone “rug” details, custom carpentry, wood, and furniture details, as well as the exquisite antiques throughout the property, create an estate experience unparalleled in Punta de Mita. Every pass through an area, space, or room provides additional detail that compliments and completes the stunning architectural feat. The majority of the custom furniture, art and antiques were acquired in Guadalajara, Mexico and reflect an old world Spanish influence. Every detail incorporates uniquely designed finishes to complete the magnificent estate recognized as Casa de Casas.
Master Bedroom Suites
The four oceanfront Master Bedroom Suites incorporate their own private patios areas, private bathrooms, and wet bar. Each of these Master Bedrooms are appointed with custom designed furniture, detailed finishes, and original artwork. Master Bedroom Suites sleep California King sized beds, offer wireless and direct line Internet access, phone service, writing desks, private safes, and incorporate plasma screen TVs with Satellite, Surround Sound, and DVD.

Villa Marta
Villa Marta is a private, secluded, Mountain View bedroom suite including a private kitchenette, wet bar, full bathroom, private balcony, and a guest safe in the walk-in closet area. The custom furniture, antiques and finishes in Villa Marta compliment the exquisite detail found throughout Casa de Casas. Villa Marta sleeps a California King bed and offers wireless and direct line internet access, phone service, writing desk, plasma screen TV with Satellite, surround sound, and DVD.
Bunkroom Suites
The Boys Bunkroom Suite sleeps six (four custom designed twin bunk beds and two full size bunk beds). The Boys Bunkroom private bathroom and locker area includes dual showers, dual sinks and toilets. The Girls Bunkroom Suite sleeps 6 (four custom designed twin bunk beds and a California King bed). The Girls Bunkroom private bathroom also offers a locker area, dual sinks, whirlpool tub and shower. Each Bunkroom is detailed with custom furniture, desks, internet access, phone service, separate reading lights for each bunk, custom bedding, and detailed finishes.
Gym/Spa
The fully equipped private gym includes a comprehensive weight room, exercise room, treadmill, elliptical trainer, fresh towels and refrigerator stocked with bottled water. The gym has complete surround sound stereo with CD and iPod and two plasma screen TVs. The circular staircase leads guests to the full service massage room, full steam room, private shower, bathroom, and secluded locker room area located in a second level.
Great Room
The giant palapa is the central common area of this exquisite estate, with hand blown glass chandeliers gracing the Great Room. The custom dining room table is detailed with sterling silver inlays and seats 14 guests The antique game table for six, separate antique chess table, and auxiliary custom dining table provide multiple areas of activity for the Great Room. The antique sideboard table, situated beneath the stunning sterling silver mirror mounted on an expansive stone wall, houses various games, cards, puzzles and activities for guests. The powder room adjacent to the Great Room offers two private bathrooms.
Kitchens (Three)
The Formal Kitchen is integrated into the Great Room for those guests who enjoy cooking. The Formal Kitchen also offers bar seating for eight guests. The Breakfast Patio is situated in a private garden adjacent to the Formal Kitchen. The house staff are happy to prepare and serve basic or custom beverages throughout your stay, or you may enjoy helping yourself to the cold drinks stocked in the two beverage refrigerators.
The private chef prepares all personalized meals in a separate, state-of-the-art stainless steel Commercial Kitchen. The full size walk-n refrigerator, freezer, and wine cellar provide the ideal culinary setting for the chef to prepare your menu requests. The chef can also prepare personalized meals in the Outdoor Kitchen on the Viking Grill and outdoor stovetop situated by the beachfront palapa dining area.
Media Room
The step down, tinted glass and wood enclosed media room provides four custom King size mattress sitting areas with a King size ottoman, for comfortable television viewing on the 72” plasma screen TV. The surround sound media room includes a DVD player, Satellite TV, and X-box 360. Custom bookshelves in the media room contain a variety of books for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Pool
The custom designed 25-meter infinity pool is heated to the specifications of each guest (typically 88°F). The 14-foot deep pool includes a diving board, perimeter seating along the deep areas, and a lap lane, which accommodates flip turns, for swimming enthusiasts. The circular hot tub, with four water fountain features, is heated according to guest requirements (typically 104°F). The manicured grass area, nestled between the pool and ocean, is an expansive piece of property facilitating sports play; football, soccer, lacrosse, Frisbee, kites, etc. The pool closet is complete with snorkel gear, sand toys, goggles, diving toys, and a variety of pool and sports balls.

House Staff & Concierge
Casa de CasasEmploys a full time House Manager who speaks excellent English. In addition to overseeing the house staff, the House Manager’s primary role is to meet all of your service requests, focusing on daily pool service requirements, customized meal service, and all house-maintenance requirements for guests.
The private chef strives to exceed your culinary expectations and will create personalized menus during your stay at Casa de Casas. The full time maids provide daily cleaning service for all common areas, bedrooms and bathroom areas, daily laundry service, and nightly “turn down” service. All private bathrooms are replenished with fresh towels, robes, bath mats, shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, etc) on a daily basis. Our staff is well trained and passionate about providing outstanding service to all Casa de Casas guests, as well as preserving guest privacy. Casa de Casas Our concierge will be providing full guest services including; Private In-Residence Spa Treatments, Golf tee times, Tennis reservations, Business Center Assistance, babysitting or nanny service, and whatever your needs maybe.
Security
The 2,000-acre compound of the Punta Mita development is fully gated and includes mountain top surveillance, with 24-hour guard service, state of the art communications, and absolute restricted access preventing entry to unwanted intruders. In addition, the Casa de Casas estate is located in La Punta, which provides a second gated community security service including road and beach surveillance. This present, but not intrusive security, incorporates the fully integrated communications with the master security service and local authorities.
Technology & Business Support
Casa de Casas is comprehensively wired for surround sound, iPod, direct Internet, wireless Internet, and fax. AT&T and T-mobile data services are fully functional throughout the property. A common, Internet connected computer and printer is available in the Formal Kitchen. The Office/Library provides a secluded, ocean view workspace with a computer, color printer, fax, Internet access, plasma screen TV, DVD, wet bar and a private half bathroom.

VIP Offshore Fishing
The ultimate experience is an unparalleled, offshore fishing adventure on the finest sport fishing yacht available to Casa de Casas guests. Captained by Josh Temple, who is a fourth generation deep sea fishing expert from British Columbia, and his full time crew, the 57’ custom Sportfisher, “Maximo”, is operated as a competitive fishing excursion with the industry motto “Go Big or Go Home”. The “Maximo” averages 300+ lb blue and black Marlin, 200-300 lb Yellow Fin Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, and Sail Fish. The private chef of Casa de Casas will prepare your “Catch of the Day” while you relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a massage in the private spa; or you and your guests may prefer a casual ocean cruise excursion, exploring the incredible habitat of spinner porpoises, dolphins, whales, sea turtles, and manta ray. Scuba Diving
Dive the amazing tropical Pacific off Punta Mita
Experience rare marine life encounters, volcanic tunnels, and other marvels of the Tropical Pacific on a dive excursion with Punta Mita Expeditions. The highly trained, experienced staff of knowledgeable PADI Instructors and Dive Master professionals will insure a safe, thrilling, and informative dive adventure on this small, personalized outing. The rugged, dramatic coastline of the Punta Mita area and its array of surrounding offshore islands offer a diverse selection of dive sites from colorful shallow reefs to advanced, world class sites with a variety of bottom formations and diverse marine life. While certified divers need only present their scuba certification, non-certified and first time divers can chose from a selection of the PADI certification courses and experience programs. There are a variety of snorkel friendly sites that welcome non-diving friends and family on board as well.

World Class surfing minutes from Casa de Casas
Have you ever dreamed of surfing? Casa de Casas will arrange private surf instructors for adults, children, and families. First time surfers can access beautiful, long, beginning waves along sandy beaches minutes from our house. For the advanced surfer, grab a board and walk outside the back of the estate, down the beach a few yards and you will be surfing one of the best breaks in Mexico, La Bahia. Casa de Casas will arrange private surf lessons for intermediate and advance surfers that want to further develop their talent.
Punta Mita has over 30 excellent breaks around the point
El Anclote break is located at El Anclote beach, Playa El Anclote. This wave offers beginners an easy opportunity to stand up the first time; long rides with fun all beginners. It is a docile rolling wave compared often to that of Waikiki. The beach is a mix of coarse sand, coral, and rock and the bottom is rock.
La Lancha break is located just south of the El Anclote break. La Lancha is a mix of docile rolling breaks for the beginner and larger outside breaks for the intermediate surfer. The beach is soft sand and the bottom is a mix sand and rock.
El Faro break is located just north of the El Anclote break. It offers a challenging wave for the advanced surfer. The beach is coral and rock and the bottom is coral.
La Bahía break is located just east of the Punta Mita’s North Point outer buoy. It is a fast challenging wave for the intermediate and advanced surfer. The beach is mostly coral and rock, with areas of sand and the bottom is coral and rock.

Signature Design by Jack Nicklaus. Since this course is located on the properties highest elevation, golfers are treated not only to world class golf but will enjoy breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta, the Marina and Banderas Bay as well. Grassy hillsides, dense forest of Palm and giant Ficas trees, natural creeks and arroyos provide the perfect setting for this world class course by the world’s greatest player.
Weiskopf Course
This signature Designed by Tom Weiskopf provides Vista Vallarta with a dramatic contrast from its first course. Built on the properties lower west end, golfers won’t believe they have simply taken a different turn the club house. Here the terrain is extreme with dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks. Mr. Weiskopf has done a masterful job of blending the elevations and natural features into an incredibly playable experience… from the first tee to the green of the "driveable" 18th.
El Tigre
In designing EL TIGRE, Von Hagge group incorporated many special features including 5 to 6 tees per hole, extra wide fairways, “beach” bunkers and a large amount of lakes, making the course not only challenging, but also uniquely picturesque. However, the real magic of the EL TIGRE design is the manner in which it offers a supreme challenge to the skilled player, yet can easily be played by golfers of all levels.
