Basic Management

The most basic proposal we have to offer for a 3 Bedroom condo includes:

  • Custody of property keys
  • 4 maid services per month
  • 1 pest control per month
  • On call for emergencies 24 hours a day
  • Security checks of unoccupied home twice a weekly basis
  • Billing for services rendered submitted to Owner no later than the third business day of the following month
  • Purchase and stocking of household supplies as needed
  • Laundry cleaning (drop off and pickup)
  • Supervision Housekeeping, Maintenance and other necessary staff
  • Property Manager is responsible for contracting and supervision of all services (landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and other necessary services)
  • Complete home maintenance checklist on a quarterly basis
  • Quarterly inventory
  • Maintain accurate record of property repairs
  • Other duties as directed by Owner
  • $2,000 usd cash box handle

  • Airport transfer reservation*
  • Meet and Greet
  • Orientation of home
  • inventory
  • Purchase pre arrival grocery and/or Liquor, and stock in the home pantry/refrigerator/freezer
  • Personalized concierge service
  • Personalized weekly schedule
  • Review and confirmation of Itineraries

**Departure services for renters

  • Communicate departure flight status with the renter
  • Promptly submit all renters billing.

$150 usd up to 2 people in a deluxe sedan
$180 usd up to 6 people Suburban or Van

Additional time billed to Owner at $ 200 usd per renter stay.
